📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Acquire and manage key banking and billing clients, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
• Monitor and analyze client performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking and billing solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
• Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing key clients, driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of banking and billing solutions, including payment gateways, invoicing software, and fraud prevention systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in financial services or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
