Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll be at the heart of Bali's dynamic F&B scene, helping to elevate the region's culinary landscape.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our expanding F&B outlets, from managing staff and vendors to ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with our design and marketing teams to develop new menu concepts and promotional strategies, helping to create memorable dining experiences that resonate with our guests.

With a salary range of Rp 15,000,000 to Rp 25,000,000 per month, this is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate and driven professional ready to make their mark in Bali's thriving hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high standards of food quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement new menu concepts and promotional strategies in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
• Participate in the planning and execution of large-scale events and promotions.
• Represent Trendcell at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand our brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, such as Square, Toast, or Lightspeed, and experience with inventory management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in the Bali tourism industry is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali.
