📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties to customers,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment,Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg,Familiarity with basic coffee equipment and maintenance,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and methods,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
