📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Regional Office Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Bandung office.
• Manage and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring they are trained, equipped, and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth running of security operations in the Bandung area.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of security officers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to address their security needs and concerns.
• Liaise with other departments within SPI to ensure seamless integration of security services.
• Drive business growth in the Bandung region by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations and management, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of security regulations, laws, and industry standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using security management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
