📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement guest experience programs that align with Pan Pacific's luxury brand standards.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and dining teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Organize and execute special events, celebrations, and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and make data-driven improvements to our services.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold our high standards of service and hospitality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that attract and retain luxury guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for guest areas.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions with guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a high-end resort setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality trends and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
