📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate ground support services including fueling, catering, and baggage handling.
• Manage aircraft ground movements and ensure compliance with all operational procedures.
• Monitor and report on flight operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Work closely with pilots, air traffic controllers, and other ground handlers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the preparation of flight plans and operational documents.
• Provide support during pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Ensure all ground support equipment is in working order and maintained according to schedule.
• Participate in regular training and certification programs to stay updated with industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Air Traffic Control, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight operations or a related field.
• Certification as a Flight Operations Specialist or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with aviation software such as OAG, AMES, or similar systems.
