Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of a luxury resort in Badung, Bali, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate a team of skilled workers, including laborers, tradespeople, and supervisors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to protect workers and the public.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive construction vehicles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work long hours and be on-call as needed.
