🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations or a related field.
• Certification in competency assessment or a similar field is a plus.
• Proficient in using assessment tools and software such as SAP and Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of national and international mining standards and regulations.
