📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties using high-quality ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Maintain and clean all coffee-making equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our beverages.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the coffee shop by maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Certification in Barista or Coffee Brewing (e.g., SCA, Q Grader) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality coffee beverages.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
