📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and potential customers.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Provide expert advice and recommendations on Nusantara Plastic's range of products to meet customer needs.,Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote Nusantara Plastic's products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastic industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
