Salon Jaya Coffee is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. We are a growing coffee company based in Majalengka, and we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to help us find the best talent for our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best candidates for our various positions. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the right fit for our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate progress and recommendations
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian
