Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Ensuring that all operations are running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.,Developing and implementing operational strategies and plans to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitoring and analyzing operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.,Managing the operational budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses.,Leading and motivating the operational team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working together effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and methodologies.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
