📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management and staff scheduling.,Create and maintain an engaging and well-stocked cocktail menu.,Train and mentor junior bartenders to ensure consistent quality and service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper alcohol handling and storage.,Manage cash handling and financial transactions related to bar operations.,Promote the bar and its offerings to customers, both in person and through marketing initiatives.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and alcohol selection.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.,Proven leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid ID and legal right to work in Indonesia.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
