📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial screening and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and provide updates on candidate progress.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.
  • Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
