📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals.
  • Ensure that all departmental goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report to the management on departmental performance and progress.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful team management.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum.
  • Knowledge of local business practices and regulations.
