📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the crew,Ensure the safety and efficiency of operations,Monitor and maintain ship's equipment and systems,Assist in the planning and execution of voyages,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits,Maintain accurate records and reports,Assist in crew training and development,Handle any emergency situations as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent,Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team,Familiarity with ship's equipment and systems,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Ability to obtain a Security Clearance (if required)
