📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations at the station, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support where needed.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and optimize logistics processes, including transportation, storage, and distribution.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Report on operations and performance to management, providing insights and recommendations.,Maintain open and effective communication with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or operations management industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics and operations management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using logistics and operations management software and tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
