📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage key retail accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
