📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on HRMS implementation and optimization.
• Understand client business needs and design tailored HRMS solutions.
• Implement and configure the HRMS platform to meet client requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance the HRMS platform.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote the HRMS solution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRMS implementation and consulting.
• Proven track record of success in HR technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
