Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and reporting.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
