📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure that all products are manufactured according to quality standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and deadlines to ensure that products are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met.
  • Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Train and mentor production staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with production processes and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the production process.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations are followed in the production area.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with production management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel to the production site as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
