📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and waste disposal.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold high standards of food quality and service.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.,Prepare and maintain accurate food cost records and reports.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and kitchen procedures.,Ensure timely and efficient service to customers, adhering to established service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or catering service.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality and safety.,Strong knowledge of food handling, health, and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 30 pounds.
