📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Monitor and maintain IT security and data backup systems,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks,Experience with IT security and data backup systems,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
