📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications.,Monitor and maintain IT security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and hardware.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security and data backup systems is a plus.
