📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment trends.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
