📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product promotion and sales growth.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to management and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail clients, addressing their needs and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
