📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance and driver scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.
• Provide support to the Fleet Manager in achieving operational goals.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the fleet team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
